when the customer clicks that link it will track them through my website alerting me when they make an enquiry and when they make a booking

and yes it will also detect them from desktop to mobile

Different Shows have different commissions

Below are the commissions you will get for each type of event

• Kids Birthday Parties: ----$50 per booking
• Christening & Holy communions: ----$50 per booking
• Vacation care Incursions: ----$1 per child
• School holiday programs at hotels----$1 per child
• Corporate Roving Magic: ----$100
• Trade shows:----$500
• International Trade Show:----$800

Now the vacation care incursions doesn't sound like alot until you realise that some centres have 100 kids so that would be $100 many have the bare minimum of 30 and some sit in between

Hotels run School holiday programs for kids (to get the adults in) and they want numbers- where you can get 70-120 and do multiple shows per day

Also many vacation cares have multiple centres- so one booking can lead to 10 centres booking which in turn  generates more commission for you

Trade shows: To be honest I don't expect to get work there- I used to do tradeshows all over the world- however I had a disease that prevented me from Sitting (which is why when you offer me seats at parties I rarely if ever sit it also stoped me from eating out in the public) thats been cured now. I am slowly building up that business and will have a dedicated tradeshow website in the future.

That is up to you of course. but remember you can't just say go to kids magic world you have to use your special link:

some suggestions for birthday parties:

• on Social Media, Aardy isn't allowed to join Mothers facebook groups (because he's a guy) so you can promote there when someone asks for entertainment ideas
• Friends, family send an sms to other school parents.

• On your Blog
• On your Directory/website
• in a newsletter

we will provide tools such as a video that you can share on social media that will link back to your affiliate Link.

some suggestions for Vacation cares:
if you send your child to vacation care you can simply tell the vacation care about it- send them an email with the link- very easy

some suggestions for School holidays at the local RSL or club/hotel

If you visit your local club you can get the email address of the marketing manager and send them an email- you could also recommend it on their social media page

Some suggestions for Corporate Events

Many businesses have a family day at many of the seasonal holidays especially Xmas
you or your partner could recommend it to the right person at the office

Just remember you need to provide the link- otherwise I can't know where the bookings are coming from

Yes according to Australian Law, even if you are not a business

You can tell people that Aardy has a rebate Scheme where if you recommend Aardy you get a part of your payment back (of course if you keep promoting Aardy you'll start to earn profit)

Because deposits are not made at the time of the booking- you get paid on the day of the event and not the day the customer made the booking.

This protects me from people making fake bookings (which they do)

so you will have 2 dates in your account area- one to show the date of the booking and the day you will get paid.

That being said the time between making a booking and the actual day of the event has been getting smaller and smaller over the years. you wont have to wait that long to get paid

Ideally I would pay via direct transfer as this is the fastest no fee method to pay you
I can also pay via Paypal however you will lose a little as paypal charges a transaction fee

When someone clicks your referral link, our system simply remembers it came from you.
If they fill out one of my booking forms, I get an anonymous ID number that tells me you referred them — nothing more.

I don’t see their name, location, contact details, or what they did on my website. The system doesn’t track anything personal — it only makes sure you get credited for the booking.

I can't have people promoting me but not giving a review, it makes no sense

the review needs to be public, because I have many people reviewing me that no one can see, and not mention the fact that they are told to do so or getting rebates it needs to be based on the performance

So, let’s say a customer clicks your affiliate link on their desktop computer. How do we make sure you still get credit if they later receive a quote via SMS and book on their phone? Great question — and it’s exactly why I’m only launching the affiliate program now, after figuring this out!

• When the customer clicks your affiliate link, a small “cookie” with a unique ID number (let’s say 54) is added to their desktop browser.

• When they fill out the instant SMS quote form, that cookie ID is quietly added to a hidden field in the form.

• The SMS they receive contains a tiny URL like kmw1.co/1 — but with your referral ID, it becomes kmw1.co/154.

• When they open that link on their mobile, the cookie ID transfers to their phone’s browser, connecting the booking back to you.

• If they share that price page on their phone, your affiliate link goes with it — so you keep getting credit!

• Even if they leave and come back later, the cookie keeps your referral linked to their booking.
