For Birthdays and Christenings you do not have to pay a deposit, you do have to pay in full on the day in Cash or We also have an online shop where you can pay via credit card or paypal the choice is yours

Yes! Aardy is the magician in the red shirt on this website and he is the person who turns up

What is the Merlin Award?
The Merlin Award is the most prestigious award given in the world of Magic- It is to magic what the Oscars are to film and the Tony is to theatre- Given out by the International Magicians Society based in New York- Aardy is 1 of 4 magicians in Australia to ever win one and is the only children’s entertainer to do so in Australia

If Aardy is unavailable can he suggest other magicians?
YES, if Aardy is unavailable for your event, he will give you direct contact details of other magicians
These magicians may have a higher fee than Aardy. You will have to negotiate with them- send an email with the date of your event to aardy@kidsmagicworld.com.au and all info about your needs and Aardy will get back to you ASAP.

What age is this party for?
3 and up. Each age gets a different show- so the 8 year olds get a different show than a 6 year old, Over the age of 10, they are getting more adult related magic and as they don’t care as much about balloon animals magic tricks are taught- I higher fee may apply to parties of kids over the age of 10.
What are some of the tricks you do?
This is simple an amazing show which is designed for maximum audience participation- The tricks I perform are simple to understand but are full of comedy, music, colour and amazement such as Making a Flower appear, making my magic wand magically levitate, making things disappear and reappear
I also perform many of the tricks I performed on Saturday Disney.

What do you need the parents to provide?
Nothing really- Aardy brings everything he needs to perform- no he does not need a table
If you have dogs please have them not in the area of Where Aardy is performing. Aardy has been bitten before even from “nice and harmless” dogs and will simply not enter an area with a large dog, small dogs are OK but they need to be on a leash as to not walk through the performance

Where can Aardy perform?
Indoors works best but it can be performed out doors, All Aardy needs is a place where all the kids can sit down in 1 area
The show has been designed to be able to perform in the smallest worst case scenario conditions
We have lots of different ages can you entertain every age all at once
Different ages like different TV- A 10 year old watches different TV than a 5 year old, as a result if the age difference is more than 5 years you will want to call first 0414 919 178 to clarify with Aardy before making a booking

Baby sitting Shows
There have been a few events of late where Aardy is booked, so the parents can drink in the lounge room. In these cases the kids play up more because their are no parents around. Aardy is a professional Entertainer. Magicians use the term “Baby sitting gig” when they describe shows designed to keep the children out of the parents hair so they can drink and party. Aardy can and will keep the kids out of your hair for the time you book him, however Aardy prefers not to do these kinds of shows- call to clarify if you have any questions. You are booking Aardy to give your child a great party- the focus is your child
