Kids Magic World Booking Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy
Covid 19 Cancellations
- No Cancellation fees if your suburb becomes a hotspot (or the parents or child gets the virus) but please give us plenty of notice
- However if your suburb is not a hotspot and you simply change your mind- our cancellation policy will be in full effect see below
Covid 19 Safety at your event
- You are to make it contact free for Aardy to get to the performance area - he will not rub shoulders to get through a busy venue
- Aardy can perform inside or outside
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Fees - No deposit is required to secure a booking of Aardy The Magician, however once a client has "booked in" using the Booking form on this web site a time and date for any of Aardy's or David welzman's services the booking is confirmed. Kids Magic World will thus turn away other bookings to ensure yours is met .
Please take note that our cancellation fee is 50% of the total booking cost upon cancellation for any reason (Other than those explain above). Furthermore, if the booking is cancelled within 28 days of the booked date the cancellation fee reverts to the total amount quoted for the booking. Engagement of Kids Magic World's services is deemed confirmed upon filling out the form.

PAYMENT
You are to pay in full on the day straight after Aardy's or David Welzman's Performance time in Cash Alternatively you can pay online via paypal or credit card.
Additional Fee:s
If you pay online via paypal or credit card- additional credit card or paypal processing fees will be added it works out to be about $7 more on average
When you need an invoice please let Kids Magic World know the name to make it out to.
(Unfortunately there have been many fake checks of late and we do not accept these anymore for birthdays and christenings)
